Pelagics such as Mackerel, Horse Mackerel, Herring, Sardine & Sardinella, the white fish species Pollock, Blue Whiting, Hake and Croaker and farmed Tilapia & Pangasius are the key products of the sales assortment.
All products are quick frozen in blocks or IQF at minus 18 degress C. or colder, packed in seaworthy cartons including inner poly bag, strapped with nylon bands and labelled according to the requirements of the importing country.
The product parameters comply to the standards and characteristics for the specie/trade concerned, including the relevant FAO/WHO quality & hygiene standards applying for Fishery Products in general and specifically for Whole/Round
